FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The ISO 22000 standard specifies the requirements for a food safety management system, which combines universally recognized key elements to ensure food safety in the food chain up to the point of final consumption.
In addition to this standard, there is a whole set of standards that provide instructions, guidelines and a glossary of terms and definitions and help organizations when they decide to apply the ISO 22000:2005.
